The worst appears to have finally happened as Chance and Jake have been taken into custody by the Enforcers under suspicion of being Megakat City's famed masked vigilante duo, the SWAT Kats. Deputy Mayor Callie Briggs has worked out a plea deal with the city's District Attorney, but in order for the two to take advantage of any lenience, they must first confess to being T-Bone and Razor, otherwise they might go to trial and potentially even to prison. Callie enlists Detective Felina Feral's aid to help convinece the two to confess, but will they?
